Replacement and Return<\/h3><ul><li>Items eligible for replacement or return must be in their original condition as purchased and unopened.<\/li><li>Returns and replacements apply to all products in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery errors, with the company covering transportation costs.<\/li><li>If the customer wishes to replace or return a product for another, transportation fees will be borne by the customer.<\/li><li>The return period is <strong>7 business days<\/strong>, and the replacement period is <strong>15 business days<\/strong> from the date of product receipt.<\/li><li>Replacement will be made with products of the same type, specifications, and quantities as originally ordered.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Second: Product Return Process<\/h3><ol><li><strong>If received through the Projects Electricity sales team<\/strong>: Contact us directly.<\/li><li><strong>If received via a shipping company<\/strong>: You can use courier services.<\/li><li><strong>If purchased from our showrooms<\/strong>: Visit the showroom where the purchase was made.<\/li><\/ol><h4>Notes on Refunds:<\/h4><ul><li>Refunds will be issued within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receiving the returned product.<\/li><li>For payments made via cash on delivery, bank transfer, SADAD system, or Visa, the refund will be processed to the customer\u2019s account via bank transfer.<\/li><li>Projects Electricity Company will replace defective or unwanted products within the agreed delivery timeline.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Conditions for Product Replacement:<\/h4><ul><li>The product must be free of scratches, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect electrical voltage.<\/li><li>The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all included accessories.<\/li><li>The original purchase invoice must be presented, with the invoice number visible on the shipping document, for replacement or return.<\/li><li>If the invoice is unavailable, processing the request may be delayed.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Important Note:<\/h4><ul><li>Returns are not applicable for custom-made products designed per the customer&#8217;s specifications.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Third: Warranty Policy<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Switches and Sockets<\/strong>: 30-year warranty.<\/li><li><strong>PVC Pipes<\/strong>: 20-year warranty.<\/li><li><strong>Linear Lighting<\/strong>: 5-year
