Delivery Timelines

Switches, Sockets, and Pipes:

• Within Riyadh City: Orders take 5 to 9 business days.
• Outside Riyadh City: Orders take up to 15 days.

Linear Lighting:

• Straight Sections:

  • Within Riyadh City: Orders take 5 to 9 business days.
  • Outside Riyadh City: Orders take up to 15 days.

• Corners and Curved Sections:

  • Within Riyadh City: Orders take 15 to 21 business days.
  • Outside Riyadh City: Orders take up to 29 days.

Business Hours

• Days: Saturday to Thursday.
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Delivery Method

Delivery is carried out through approved shipping companies in Saudi Arabia to the customer’s address, in accordance with the terms and conditions of these companies.

Order Confirmation Conditions

Orders are confirmed upon completing the bank deposit process before 5:00 PM or by using other payment methods.

Liability Limits

Product Delivery:

• The company is fully responsible for delivering the product in its original condition without any damage to the intermediary shipping company.
• If damage occurs due to the shipping company, the responsibility lies with the shipping company.
• Customers must inspect the product and ensure it is free from any damage upon receipt and before the delivery agent departs.
• In case of any damage to the product, it must be returned immediately and a report must be filed with the shipping company at their office.

If the Shipping Company Fails to Resolve Issues:

• Notify us so we can take the necessary actions.

Delays by the Shipping Company:

• The company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or their policies, whether within or outside Saudi Arabia.

Important Note

• Your order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping company within the announced time frame after completing the order.
• Delivery timelines may be impacted by high demand on shipping companies, potentially causing delays for some shipments.
• We make every effort to coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot control delivery schedules and disclaim liability for any delays.
