Replacement, Return, and Warranty Policy
First: Replacement and Return
- Items eligible for replacement or return must be in their original condition as purchased and unopened.
- Returns and replacements apply to all products in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery errors, with the company covering transportation costs.
- If the customer wishes to replace or return a product for another, transportation fees will be borne by the customer.
- The return period is 7 business days, and the replacement period is 15 business days from the date of product receipt.
- Replacement will be made with products of the same type, specifications, and quantities as originally ordered.
Second: Product Return Process
- If received through the Projects Electricity sales team: Contact us directly.
- If received via a shipping company: You can use courier services.
- If purchased from our showrooms: Visit the showroom where the purchase was made.
Notes on Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
- For payments made via cash on delivery, bank transfer, SADAD system, or Visa, the refund will be processed to the customer’s account via bank transfer.
- Projects Electricity Company will replace defective or unwanted products within the agreed delivery timeline.
Conditions for Product Replacement:
- The product must be free of scratches, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect electrical voltage.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all included accessories.
- The original purchase invoice must be presented, with the invoice number visible on the shipping document, for replacement or return.
- If the invoice is unavailable, processing the request may be delayed.
Important Note:
- Returns are not applicable for custom-made products designed per the customer’s specifications.
Third: Warranty Policy
- Switches and Sockets: 30-year warranty.
- PVC Pipes: 20-year warranty.
- Linear Lighting: 5-year warranty.
